(Gambar PDRM) IPOH: Bayi lelaki baru lahir ditemukan dalam semak dalam keadaan berbalut kain oleh orang awam di belakang sebuah surau di Kampung Permatang, Sitiawan. Ketua Polis Manjung Hasbullah Abd Rahman, berkata pihaknya menerima maklumat berhubung perkara itu pada 6.54 petang semalam. “Bayi tersebut telah dijumpai oleh salah seorang ahli jawatankuasa surau yang datang untuk membersihkan persekitaran surau sebelum menyedari bunyi tangisan bayi,” katanya dalam kenyataan. Hasbullah berkata, bayi itu dirujuk ke Hospital Seri Manjung untuk rawatan lanjut dan kes disiasat di bawah Seksyen 317 Kanun Keseksaan.
