(Gambar Facebook) KUALA LUMPUR: Menteri di Jabatan Perdana Menteri (Undang-undang dan Reformasi Institusi) Azalina Othman Said, berkata secara peribadi menentang permohonan larangan bersuara dibuat Jabatan Peguam Negara bagi menghalang orang ramai membincangkan titah adendum Najib Razak, yang membolehkannya menjalani baki pemenjaraan bawah tahanan rumah. Katanya, beliau berpandangan larangan bersuara itu tidak patut dikenakan memandangkan perkara itu sudah menjadi domain awam dan berkemungkinan akan dibincang dalam sidang Dewan Rakyat bulan depan. Namun, beliau mengakui Jabatan Peguam Negara mempunyai alasan tersendiri untuk memohon larangan tersebut, dan menekankan kehakiman dibenarkan bertindak bebas dalam hal berkenaan. “Untuk berlaku adil, saya fikir Jabatan Peguam Negara mempunyai alasan undang-undang sendiri, dan mereka memfailkan permohonan rasmi (larangan bersuara). Jadi, biarlah mahkamah buat keputusan,” katanya kepada pemberita ketika hadir Persidangan Pembiayaan Politik Antarabangsa, di Hotel Majestic. BERITA LANJUT MENYUSUL News
