(Gambar Bernama) KUALA LUMPUR: Majlis Peguam gagal mendapatkan kebenaran semakan kehakiman bagi mencabar keputusan Lembaga Pengampunan yang mengurangkan hukuman penjara dan denda bekas perdana Menteri Najib Razak atas sabitkan rasuah kes SRC International. Hakim Ahmad Kamal Shahid berkata perkara yang dibangkitkan dalam permohonan itu tidak boleh diadili oleh mahkamah. “Saya berpandangan bahawa keputusan Yang di-Pertuan Agong serta nasihat FTPB adalah sebahagian daripada satu proses yang berakhir dengan pengampunan oleh Seri Paduka Baginda.
