KUALA LUMPUR: Pasukan Mobile Legend Bang-Bang (MLBB) Malaysia mencipta sejarah apabila menjuarai Kejohanan Dunia IESF selepas menewaskan Filipina 2-0 pada perlawanan akhir yang berlangsung di Riyadh, Arab Saudi, hari ini. Malaysia dibarisi hampir sepenuhnya pemain Selangor Red Giants diketuai Muhd Qayyum Ariffin Mohd Suhairi (Yums), Muhd Haqqullah Ahmad Shahrul Zaman (Sekys), Haziq Danish Mohd Rizwan (Stormie), Ilman Zareef Zulkifli (Gojes) dan ‘Gold Laner’ pasukan JP Niners, Ealtond Rayner (Lolealz). Pasukan negara bermula baik apabila memenangi perlawanan pertama dengan keputusan 17 ‘kills’ berbalas 14 dalam aksi yang berlangsung hampir 22 minit. Pada perlawanan kedua, pasukan Malaysia bermula sedikit goyah namun berjaya mengemaskan corak permainan untuk menang sembilan ‘kills’ berbalas empat sekali gus menjulang kejuaraan sulung buat negara di kejohanan itu.
