KUANTAN: Seorang suri rumah berusia 38 tahun kerugian RM147,753 selepas menjadi mangsa penipuan tawaran kerja sambilan menerusi aplikasi media sosial di Bera. Ketua Polis Pahang Yahaya Othman berkata mangsa tertarik untuk menyertai tawaran kerja atas talian menggunakan platform dikenali ‘Hand Craft Group 049’ pada 13 Dis lepas yang menjanjikan keuntungan lumayan bagi setiap produk dijual di Telegram. Mangsa diberikan pautan bagi melakukan setiap tugasan berkenaan bagaimanapun suspek kemudian mengarahkan wanita itu membuat semula kerja kraf tangan itu kerana kononnya terdapat kesilapan. “Dalam pada itu, mangsa juga membuat bayaran dengan 28 transaksi ke sembilan akaun bank berbeza untuk mendapatkan semula pautan daripada suspek. “Mangsa mula menyedari ditipu apabila suspek mengatakan mangsa berjaya mendapat komisyen sebanyak RM200,000 tetapi gagal ditebus sehingga mengalami kerugian. “Semua transaksi itu menggunakan wang simpanan sendiri,” katanya dalam kenyataan.
