KUALA LUMPUR: Former prime minister Najib Razak and ex-treasury secretary-general Irwan Serigar Abdullah have been granted a discharge not amounting to acquittal (DNAA) in their International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC) case. Justice Jamil Hussin said he was using his inherent powers in allowing their DNAA application at the High Court here.
