(Gambar Bernama) KUALA LUMPUR: Kertas siasatan berhubung kes seorang pensyarah yang didakwa menghina Nabi Muhammad ketika berceramah baru-baru ini, akan dirujuk kepada Jabatan Peguam Negara (AGC) pada Selasa ini. Ketua Polis Negara Razarudin Husain berkata polis juga menerima sembilan laporan berhubung kes tersebut, setakat ini. “Lima individu dipanggil bagi dirakam keterangan untuk membantu siasatan. Kertas siasatan sedang dilengkapkan untuk dirujuk kepada AGC Selasa ini,” katanya ketika dihubungi. Pensyarah itu, yang ditemani peguamnya juga telah menjawab 23 soalan ketika sesi rakaman keterangan oleh Unit Siasatan Jenayah Terkelas (USJT) Jabatan Siasatan Jenayah Bukit Aman, pada 25 Nov. Pada 21 Nov, polis membuka kertas siasatan berhubung hantaran di laman Facebook yang mendakwa pensyarah itu menghina Nabi Muhammad semasa berceramah dalam satu konvensyen. Siasatan kes dijalankan mengikut Seksyen 298A Kanun Keseksaan kerana melakukan perbuatan yang boleh menyebabkan ketidakharmonian atas alasan agama dan Seksyen 233 Akta Komunikasi Dan Multimedia 1998.
